Tips and tricks on keeping your skin hydrated during the winter months
Limit the length of your showers
The warmth of the hot water may be soothing, but the heat in the water dries the oils out of your skin.
Use lukewarm to medium heat during your shower, and if you are brave, finish off with a 30-second cold shot.
Limit your shower to 5-10 minutes, dry your skin, and immediately apply moisturizing. You want to trap the moisture in your skin.
