We have a variety of subscriptions for you to choose from based on your lifestyle. 

Subscription Levels explained and Custom available. 

Yes, we can curate for any gender, age, or size.  Each shipment is completely customized to your individual preference and needs.  You can add additional family members to your Subscription; ask us how.  You must be at least 18 to order a Curated delivery for yourself. 

Spring curations begin shipping in mid-March.
Summer curations begin shipping in mid-June.
Fall curations begin shipping in mid-September.
Winter curations begin shipping in mid-December.

Once shipped, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery within Canada.

For International Shipping, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery to the United States. 

In any other country, we are happy to work through our process and shipping times with you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your Curation has shipped.

Based on your selected subscription model, your shipping costs will vary.  Please see your subscription breakdown for additional information. If shipping internationally, shipping rates do not include import or duty fees that could be charged when the package reached your destination country.  We can not estimate the costs associate with these charges as your local customs authorities levy them.

In some cases, when items of heavyweight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered promptly, shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether your package is delayed in your country's customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons. Orders shipped within Canada will receive a Tracking Number from Canada Post. Curated Life will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.  By placing an order with us, you accept the risk for this. Packages shipped to the United States will be shipped via Air Mail and may or may not have a tracking number associated with them. Curated Life is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

When you place your order, you are only able to use one form of payment. We do not offer the option to split the charge between multiple cards or payment methods.

Yes, all memberships auto-renew unless cancellation notice has been received.  All cancellations require a 30-day notice.

To cancel your Subscription, please log into your account, and follow the prompt to cancel under your customer account. If you would like additional assistance, please email us at info@curated.life.

Billing for your Membership will depend on which subscription type you have selected:

Monthly Subscription - The 15th of each month
Quarterly Subscription - The 15th day of each quarter (January/April/July/October)
Annual Subscription - The 15th day of your Membership with Curated Life

For our Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions members:

Each season has a selection deadline:
Spring Curation - February 12th
Summer Curation - May 14th
Fall Curation - August 15th
Winter Curation - November 15th

If you do not confirm your final selection by the deadlines listed above- you will just be charged the Curation fee, which can be used as a credit for future purchases in the next season. 

Each Curation, you are invited to select products from Our Collective that will ship with your Curation subscription. You will be billed for any items you choose from Our Collective when you confirm your final selection(s) for your Curation.  You will receive an email confirmation of your order to the email address we have on file. 

We ship with Canada Post for all orders within Canada.  In some cases, DHL may be used as well. 

Please note, your Curation will be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation. The subscription owners' responsibility is to ensure their Curation can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.

Yes!  To purchase a Curation as a gift, log into your account and click "Gift a Curation" in your membership account.  Once you have completed the gift purchase, we will send out a Curated Life gift invite and schedule a call to begin the process of selecting personalized gifts for them.  

1. After logging in, click on the ACCOUNT DETAILS tab of your account dashboard.

2. Under Billing Info, you can view your payment source. Click the UPDATE CARD button and enter any changes to your payment method, then save.

3. When updating your card information, please check that the Billing Info address listed is accurate. If you need to make any changes, click EDIT under the address and then save your changes.

Please follow the below steps to update or change your address:

• After logging into your account, access the ACCOUNT DETAILS tab of your account dashboard. You may also click here.

• In the sub-menu, select Billing Info to update your billing address or Shipping Info to update your shipping address.

• Click EDIT under the address you would like to change. When you are finished with your updates, be sure to click SAVE.

If you would like to upgrade your Membership, be sure to update your membership plan before your subscription billing date.

To upgrade your Membership, please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your account and select the MY MEMBERSHIP tab of your account dashboard or click here.

2. Under Membership, you will see your current Membership.  In the details of your plan, click on the UPGRADE TO button.

3. Click UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP in the pop-up to confirm. You will be billed once you confirm your Curation selection for the season.

You will see this membership change immediately reflected under My Membership Plans in your account. If you need any assistance upgrading, please email info@curated.life.

Where possible, we are happy to exchange items in your Curation.  However, due to the exclusivity of the items that we curate- not all items will be readily available to exchange.  We will work with you to source replacements where available.

Let us know immediately by emailing  info@curated.life, and we will work to get you an item in perfect condition.

Returns will be accepted seven days from the day you received your package.

As each Curation is personalized to you, we source a variety of prices personalized to your budget.  Our items can range from $25–$500. When you complete our initial intake, you will tell us your budget for that season. Your Lifestylist will do their best to send you items within your set range and keep this in mind and keep your budget intact.

Sign in to your Account page and click on the "Edit" button in the Your Info section. You can then change your password to anything you'd like.

Promo codes are one time per member.

Only one promo code can be applied per order.

Each referral that signs up with one of our Membership gets you a $25 credit applied to your next renewal date or any Collective purchase.

1) Once you are logged in, navigate to the "REWARDS" section. At the bottom of the page, you will see your personalized link that you can send to friends and family!

2) Your friend gets an email welcoming them to Curated Life which will take them to our page to enter their email address.

3) A second email is sent to your friend with your unique referral promotion code. They must copy and paste it into the promotion code section during checkout. 

4.) For the referral to be successfully approved, this must be your friend's first purchase with Curated Life.

You cannot refer yourself, or someone with an identical shipping address.

If any of these steps are missed, the $25 credit will not be applied.  We realize this process is not the easiest, but it is the best way to ensure authentic referrals are received and credited to the person who referred them. Feel free to communicate this with your referrals to make sure they complete each step, so you get the credit!

As the referring subscription member, you can use your $25 credit on any item in Our Collective greater than $49.99 in total value, minus all fees, including taxes, discounts, shipping, and returns.  You can also use your $25 credit towards your following subscription fee.  The choice is yours.

We reserve the right at any time to cease to proceed with all or any part of this program or alter, change, modify or assign the terms or content of this program. If any of the program terms & conditions are changed or amended in any way, we will promptly publish such variation or amendment on our website at Curated Life. It is your responsibility to check the FAQs page on our website regularly to determine whether these terms & conditions have been modified. Referral rewards or other payment amounts are subject to change at any time. Additional restrictions may apply.

To start the return/exchange process for online orders, please contact us by email at info@curated.life to make a Return request. Item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days from the original billing date to be accepted.

Shipping fees are not refundable on Returns or Exchanges.

The balance will be refunded to shop credit upon the return of your items to Curated Life. We also recommend that returns be shipped with a service proving a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
